The brief was to create a more inviting and intimate extension to the existing cafe in Northland. We played with simple materials and colour schemes to compliment the existing cafe. The client loved it to exude fun vibes, making the customers relax whilst enjoying the hustle and bustle of the shoppers going by. A clever use of a green partition wall not only worked as a design feature, but it also acted as a privacy screen to create a more intimate space within.
