Nori Maki – The Bourke

Nori Maki celebrates the purity and essence of Omakase. Drawing inspiration from Sumi-e (Japanese black-ink painting). This minimalist approach to art is mirrored in both the food philosophy and interior design of Nori Maki; every detail is deliberate, with nothing extraneous to distract from the experience.
