Pickett’s Deli – Melbourne Airport

In December 2019, Melbourne based chef and restaurateur Scott Pickett brought his Queen Victoria Market concept, which he originally opened in 2016, to terminal three. Take a seat at the communal table or in a booth…watch the rotisserie turn, and enjoy a selection of snacks and dishes showcasing Victorian produce at it’s best. The all-day eatery serves as the ideal pit-stop for an early morning coffee, breakfast, eat in or takeaway lunch or dinner, also offering cocktails and wines by the glass.

“I’m looking forward to giving travellers a true taste of the quality of Melbourne food, from our house cured and smoked bacon, slow roasted overnight and carved to order; or dishes such our much-loved bacon and egg buttie, to our roast chicken coated in our secret rub in delicious baguettes. The best produce prepared and served in the best way.” – Scott Pickett
