Sushi Jiro The Glen is conceived as a contemporary Japanese dining hall, shaped by light, height and rhythm. The soaring ceiling and generous volume are gently choreographed through timber planes and soft illumination, creating a calm, airy atmosphere where precision, simplicity and everyday ritual quietly unfold.
